The second applicant works in sales and needed 100% of their commission income to be considered. Despite the challenges, Stephanie sourced a lender willing to use the most recent income and include full commission earnings. The lender also offered over 5x income multiples, helping the clients achieve their desired borrowing.
The mortgage was arranged at 85% LTV with a 5-year fixed rate of 6.54%. A Decision in Principle was issued within 24 hours, enabling the clients to act quickly on their purchase.
