Brightstar successfully facilitated the purchase of a fully let, 5-storey commercial office building for £3,105,375. The finance was structured with a 75% LTV, secured at a competitive 7.89% 2-year fixed rate. The property was a fully commercial asset, consisting of office spaces that were let out on an investment basis, providing a stable income stream for the client. The client’s objective was to acquire the building as a long-term investment to capitalise on its income-generating potential.
The real complexity of the case came from the client’s tight deadline. With a tight deadline to complete the deal, our team had to act quickly and efficiently to ensure that all necessary paperwork, legalities, and due diligence were completed on time.
