Staff engagement
We place a huge emphasis on staff engagement; involving our team members in decision-making, the generation of new ideas and encouraging feedback on a range of topics.
This is achieved in several ways:
- Formal staff surveys conducted twice a year
- 360-degree reviews of line managers
- Enabling colleague feedback during training sessions.
Living wage employer
We are one of only 12,414 employers across the UK to be given the title of ‘Living Wage Employer’, having been accredited in October 2016. As such we are committed to ‘The Real Living Wage’, going beyond any legal obligation to pay the minimum or national living wage and ensuring staff earn the wage based on what they need to live.
