Brightstar were the first ones to get back to me with a great lender and rate. Yiannis was fab with dealing with the initial part and then I was allocated Billie Cox as my case handler. Billie was so communicative and kept me up to date so often I felt like we had become friends haha! It was fab. hands down the quickest app to offer with a packager I have ever dealt with. When there were certain criteria points to hit, she would get exceptions with the BDM and work with them closely so we could get a bespoke journey.
I have another client I am looking to place with them and I have already requested Billie as I have had such a good experience.
